Position Summary:
This position serves as the Bank's primary internal resource for treasury management, business online banking, and commercial electronic banking services. The Treasury Management Coordinator is responsible for the administration, implementation, support, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of the Bank's treasury management products, including Business Online Banking, ACH Origination, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Wire Services, Merchant Services, and Mobile Banking. The position works closely with Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Operations, and customers to provide exceptional service, ensure operational accuracy, maintain regulatory compliance, and support the successful delivery of treasury management services throughout the Bank. The primary focus of this role is internal support, customer onboarding, operational administration, employee training, and risk management, while providing secondary support to commercial treasury management growth initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Treasury Management Administration & Internal Support
  • Serve as the Bank's primary internal support resource and subject matter expert for all treasury management and electronic banking products and service.
  • Act as lead facilitator for questions from Bank staff regarding Business Online Banking, ACH Origination, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Mobile Banking, Wire Services, Merchant Services, and related treasury management products.
  • Provide operational support and guidance to Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Customer Service, and Deposit Operations staff regarding treasury management products and services.
  • Research, resolve, and escalate customer and employee issues related to treasury management and digital banking products.
  • Maintain customer files, documentation, agreements, user access profiles, and supporting records related to treasury management services.
  • Prepare management reports, operational reports, and audit reports as requested.
  • Assist management in the development, implementation, and enhancement of treasury management and electronic banking products and services.

Customer Implementation & Training
  • Coordinate the onboarding and implementation of treasury management services for new and existing commercial customers.
  • Set up and maintain customer access, entitlements, security permissions, and treasury management services within applicable systems.
  • Conduct customer training for Business Online Banking, ACH services, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Mobile Banking, and related treasury management products.
  • Ensure execution and retention of all required agreements and documentation.
  • Assist Retail and Commercial Banking staff with treasury management implementations and customer support.
  • Coordinate remote deposit capture installations, setup, and customer training as needed.

Operations, Compliance & Risk Management
  • Review daily reports, exception reports, ACH activity, and other operational reporting as required by policy.
  • Process and monitor daily ACH activity, including returns, corrections, adjustments, and exception items.
  • Maintain expertise in ACH Rules, NACHA requirements, treasury management products, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct and coordinate annual customer reviews, ACH audits, reauthorizations, site visits, and risk assessments as required.
  • Audit remote deposit capture and treasury management customer activity and prepare appropriate reports when required.
  • Assist in maintaining treasury management, ACH, digital banking, and remote deposit policies and procedures.
  • Follow procedures and policies that ensure compliance with Bank requirements as well as all applicable federal and state banking regulations.
  • Communicate recurring operational, fraud, risk, or customer service issues to management.

Treasury Management Relationship Support
  • Partner with Commercial Banking officers to identify treasury management opportunities within existing and prospective customer relationships.
  • Participate in customer meetings when technical treasury management expertise and product support are needed.
  • Support treasury management growth through customer education, implementation excellence, and ongoing service support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.

Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and banking experience will be considered.
Three years of banking experience preferred, with experience in treasury management, electronic banking, deposit operations, retail banking, or commercial banking support strongly preferred.
