Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct and manage the activities of the Entitlements Staff or Land Staff
  • Coordinate with consultants to municipal staff
  • Review development agreements
  • Impact fee audits agreements, school agreements, etc.
  • Zone and plat projects
  • Complete due diligence

Supervisory Responsibilities
