Our Experiences team puts fans at the center of their favorite stories, in real life, through permanent entertainment venues, Netflix House, and touring attractions around the world. Netflix Houses are our permanent, always-on, constantly refreshable entertainment venues, where guests can step into their favorite stories. We want these experiences, along with dining and merchandise offerings, to help promote love for our titles so they become part of the zeitgeist for longer periods of time and drive long-term value for Netflix.
As the Producer, Live Touring, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing our Live Touring projects for the Experiences team, such as the KPop Demon Hunters Concert Tour, ensuring they are executed with creative excellence and executed within budget. This role will partner with global promoters, creative and production firms and our cross functional partners across content, marketing, finance, and strategy to deliver impact and fandom at scale.
What you will do:
  • Lead the development, production and implementation of live touring experiences globally.
  • Oversee all aspects of production such as design, build and installation as well as all budget and schedule requirements.
  • Ensure creative excellence in all aspects of the production by managing creative vendors and Ensure creative excellence in all aspects of the production via the management of external agencies, production vendors and contributors. Ensure all deliverables are clearly defined and integrated with the project schedule.
  • Manage timely direction/feedback from Netflix by facilitating reviews, fabrication vendor visits, and in-field buy-offs. Work with the Creative team to provide reference materials during design or production kick-offs.
  • Work with cross-functional leads to protect the creative connective thread to all other workstreams, including marketing & comms, legal, IP stakeholders, operations, retail, food & beverage, and attraction production.
  • Integrate our overall production strategy and culture into production "ways of working" with all partners.
  • Make informed decisions on key elements of production, including budget and schedule. Keep key members informed, solicit feedback and implement when appropriate.
  • Establish regular meetings with key stakeholders to update on progress and solicit feedback.
  • Write regular recap reports on key aspects of the production.

What we need from you:
  • Demonstrated, 10+ years of experience in the live touring industry, delivering large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of the music landscape and touring concerts, and experiences, venues, partners, and promoters.
  • Ability to keep many plates spinning, staying close to the details but never losing sight of the bigger picture. Comfortable being a strong leader who can set larger context for the team as well as be hands-on as needed.
  • Ability to travel to onsite locations as needed.
  • Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate and a deep understanding of technical to deliver spectacle.
  • Strong desire to find creative solutions to problems and realize problems always have more than one solution.
  • Obsessed with building and optimizing pipelines & workflows that increase efficiency for the entire team.
  • Ability to make difficult (yet informed) decisions, always in the best interest of Netflix.
  • Strong desire to always question the status quo.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and digitally.
  • Excellent organizing skills using digital tools and google suite.
  • Be a "swiss army knife" when it comes to knowledge of the live touring industry.
  • Global experience preferred.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $205,000.00 - $343,000.00.
