Job Description:
CMN is looking for an intern for our touring department to serve as a key support to CMN's touring team. This position requires a wide range of administrative knowledge which includes generating and reviewing reports, ensuring accuracy of projects/pending's before they are front facing, reviewing and managing the departmental Calendar, and communicating with vendors/existing relationships for various tasks. The main goal of the touring intern is to be a direct support to the team throughout current and upcoming tours.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Reviews artwork /spots with precision to ensure accuracy
  • Sales report for recently announced tours
  • Daily ticket sale reports
  • Manage calendar
  • Assisting in the distribution of media artwork assets for different campaigns
  • Ability to forecast and request new graphics for each artist/campaign when appropriate
  • Organize BlueBooks
  • Request avails from venues
  • Create routings for upcoming tours
  • Support the touring department as needed

Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in communications, media, advertisement or other related field
  • Bilingual verbal and written Spanish (required)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to execute projects on time
  • Experience using Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Critical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills
  • Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in high pressure environment with strict deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills
  • Basic understanding of budgeting and advertisement skills
  • Ongoing knowledge of the music industry and current music trends

Payscale: $17.05
Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
