What You'll Do
Drive Client Relationships
- Respond to inquiries and consult with clients to understand event objectives, budgets, schedules, venues, and technical requirements.
- Serve as a trusted resource throughout the sales process, providing guidance on equipment, labor, logistics, billing, insurance, and event execution.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and adapt plans as event requirements evolve.
Develop Winning Solutions
- Guide the creation of technical proposals and review final recommendations before delivery to clients.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms within established company guidelines while supporting overall business objectives.
- Identify equipment alternatives and rental solutions when original requirements are unavailable while maintaining project profitability.
Coordinate Event Execution
- Oversee event details from planning through implementation.
- Visit venues as needed to verify logistics, technical requirements, and site readiness.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure equipment, labor, and logistical plans align with client expectations.
Ensure Operational Success
- Review equipment packages before shipment to confirm events are properly supported.
- Manage booking commitments, deposits, and project documentation throughout the event lifecycle.
- Prepare final show documentation and support accurate billing processes after event completion.
Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences
- Follow up with clients after events to assess satisfaction and resolve outstanding concerns.
- Support collection and payment processes in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Help build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and future opportunities.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in the audiovisual industry.
- 3 years of experience developing technical proposals.
- 3-5 years of AV sales experience.
- Strong client relationship and consultative sales skills.
- The ability to balance technical requirements, event logistics, and business objectives.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
