Location: Orlando, FL | Full Time | Pay Range: $60,146.75 - $72,465.96/YR (Based on experience and qualifications)

What You'll Do
Drive Client Relationships
  • Respond to inquiries and consult with clients to understand event objectives, budgets, schedules, venues, and technical requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted resource throughout the sales process, providing guidance on equipment, labor, logistics, billing, insurance, and event execution.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and adapt plans as event requirements evolve.

Develop Winning Solutions
  • Guide the creation of technical proposals and review final recommendations before delivery to clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms within established company guidelines while supporting overall business objectives.
  • Identify equipment alternatives and rental solutions when original requirements are unavailable while maintaining project profitability.

Coordinate Event Execution
  • Oversee event details from planning through implementation.
  • Visit venues as needed to verify logistics, technical requirements, and site readiness.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure equipment, labor, and logistical plans align with client expectations.

Ensure Operational Success
  • Review equipment packages before shipment to confirm events are properly supported.
  • Manage booking commitments, deposits, and project documentation throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Prepare final show documentation and support accurate billing processes after event completion.

Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences
  • Follow up with clients after events to assess satisfaction and resolve outstanding concerns.
  • Support collection and payment processes in accordance with contractual agreements.
  • Help build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and future opportunities.

What You Bring
  • 3-5 years of experience in the audiovisual industry.
  • 3 years of experience developing technical proposals.
  • 3-5 years of AV sales experience.
  • Strong client relationship and consultative sales skills.
  • The ability to balance technical requirements, event logistics, and business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
