Position Overview: The Studio Logistics team provides responsible logistics oversight through customized project solutions, strategic vendor partnerships, and strong stakeholder relationships, while balancing quality and speed.

The Studio Logistics team consists of specialists from Entertainment Logistics, Shipping vendors and Coordinators from the production office. Coordinators' experience is preferably in a Production Coordinator, Assistant Production Office Coordinator, or Shipping Coordinator role. This helps provide a well-balanced team of logisticians and production office experience.

We are seeking a self-starting, collaborative individual to help our team oversee the complex movement of items for Productions and manage end-to-end item movement for internal partners. This role will report to the Studio Logistics UCAN Manager. As a Coordinator, you'll work with Studio Logistics team members and cross-functional partners to support both the creation and promotion of Netflix content.

Qualifications: ● At least 10 years of experience in the entertainment industry (i.e., live action film or television production) or 3 years of experience in the logistics industry (supply chain, warehouse, shipping & receiving). Production Office (Production Coordinator, APC)experience is preferred. International shipping and/or entertainment-related shipping experience is a plus.

● Domestic air freight, small parcel, LTL/FTL shipping experience is required, including knowledge of transportation documents such as Commercial Invoices, BOLs, AWBs, etc. ● Extremely detail-oriented, but also able to take a bird's eye view of multiple projects happening at once. ● Customer service experience preferred.

● Able to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. ● Eager to learn and apply continuous improvement to both new and pre-existing workflows. ● Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

The ideal candidate can distill complex details into informative, succinct updates for the team, managers, crew members, and executives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ● Process local and domestic internal shipments from end-to-end and provide support to Specialists on international shipments where needed. ● Oversee local and domestic production shipments.

● Data entry. Log local and domestic shipments in the team's internal databases. ● Review shipping manifests and commercial invoices for dangerous goods and items requiring special handling.

● Onboard crews from new productions to the Studio Logistics workflows. ● Ad-hoc administrative duties to maintain and update internal systems. ● Provide quotes, status updates, and excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.

● Give feedback to shipping vendors, when needed, to ensure that they meet the high standards required for Netflix productions and teams. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Corporate Logistics, Technology Deployment, VFX, Postproduction, Marketing/PR, Trade Compliance, and Labor on shipments and projects.
