Executive Support and Events Logistics
Supporting the Office of the CEO
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Operations & Execution Support
  • Support operational execution of major executive and corporate events, including:
  • Empowering Beyond
  • Golf and Partner Connect
  • VIP receptions and client experiences
  • Coordinate event logistics and onsite execution support
  • Assist with venue coordination and vendor management
  • Support catering, F&B coordination, and hospitality logistics
  • Coordinate event materials, supplies, and shipment logistics
  • Serve as an onsite operational support resource during events

Workshop & Office Event Coordination (at El Segundo Office)
  • Coordinate workshops and executive sessions hosted at the office
  • Reserve and prepare meeting spaces and hospitality requirements
  • Coordinate catering, supplies, and attendee logistics
  • Support setup, breakdown, and execution of office-hosted events
  • Ensure smooth operational delivery and professional guest experience

SoFi Suite & Hosted Client Experiences
  • Coordinate logistics for SoFi Suite events and hosted engagements
  • Support guest management and hospitality coordination
  • Manage invitations, confirmations, and onsite coordination
  • Coordinate food, beverage, and entertainment logistics

Executive Logistics & Hospitality Support
  • Transportation and logistics including pickups/drop-offs at airport, meetings, etc. for:

  • Assist with personal errands and coordination tasks as needed
