Client is seeking a Principal Program Manager to drive high-visibility, enterprise-wide Digital Technology (DT) workstreams in support of our client’s strategic corporate restructuring efforts in Washington, D.C.

Organizational Change & Compliance: Align impacted teams to new processes, communicate technical transitions, and ensure complete operational and regulatory readiness across data, systems, and structures.
Metrics & Accountability: Define, track, and analyze key success metrics to validate program value, providing data-driven recommendations for project pivots and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 11 to 15+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale, complex enterprise program management and technology transformations.

Scheduling Mastery: Demonstrated background as a master scheduler or deep technical expertise in constructing and tracking multi-layered enterprise program schedules.
Methodology: Strong proficiency in agile methodologies, with hands-on experience utilizing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) preferred.
Technical Toolset: Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically advanced Excel), Jira Software, Confluence, FigJam, and Jira Align, alongside comfort leveraging modern AI productivity tools.
