Job description

Our client, a technology solutions provider company located in San Francisco, CA, needs a hybrid Enterprise Program Manager for a full-time position. The Enterprise Program Manager will be responsible for building out our client's QA function from the ground up and be the primary contact for delivery teams.
Required Skills:
  • 10+ years in a leadership role, with direct experience in managing budgets, building teams, and managing relationships.
  • 5+ years of experience developing project plans and program structures from scratch, managing stakeholder engagement, conducting risk assessments, and mitigating issues before they impact timelines.
  • Ability to work onsite in San Francisco Monday-Thursday.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science,

Preferred or Nice to Have Skills:
  • Previous experience in the finance/investment industry
  • Leading QA/Testing teams is highly desired.
  • Hands on experience or familiarity with generative AI tools and workflows desirable.
