Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Program Manager to support a multi-year SAP S/4HANA Business Transformation initiative. This role will be responsible for coordinating Finance-related transformation activities across Business Owners, SAP/IT teams, and System Integrators while ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing large-scale SAP ERP transformation programs with a focus on Finance processes, portfolio governance, business readiness, and executive stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Support enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation initiatives.
Manage portfolio planning, governance, project sequencing, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue tracking.
Partner with Finance Business Owners, Enterprise Process Owners, SAP, IT, and cross-functional teams to align business priorities with technical delivery.
Coordinate with System Integrators and third-party partners to ensure project deliverables, governance, and quality standards are met.
Drive business readiness activities, including planning, testing, training, communications, and user adoption.
Track cross-functional dependencies, business risks, and mitigation plans across multiple workstreams.
Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, governance materials, and Steering Committee presentations.
Monitor business benefits, KPIs, and value realization throughout the transformation program.
Ensure alignment across Finance processes, data, reporting, and technology initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor''''''''s degree required.
8+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
3โ€“5+ years supporting SAP ERP (ECC or SAP S/4HANA) transformation programs.
Hands-on experience managing enterprise Finance transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of SAP Finance business processes, including:
Record-to-Report (R2R)
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Product Costing
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Tax
Treasury
Financial Consolidation
Experience collaborating with Business Leaders, SAP teams, IT organizations, and System Integrators.
Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes, governance, and enterprise program management.
Experience managing portfolio planning, risks, dependencies, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Knowledge of organizational change management, business readiness, training, and user adoption.
Experience with PMO, Transformation Management Office (TMO), or enterprise governance models.
Excellent communication, leadership, and executive presentation skills.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
