Responsibilities
  • Define and operationalize the firm’s end‑to‑end procurement operating model, aligning sourcing, procurement, vendor management, and governance.
  • Design procurement strategy execution frameworks and embed scalable processes and systems to enable visibility, efficiency and control across external spend.
  • Lead intake and orchestration, procure‑to‑pay, contract management, third‑party data & analytics, practice & capability enablement, and governance practices across the Enterprise Sourcing Office.
  • Own and drive the Enterprise Source‑to‑Pay transformation, establishing roadmap, priorities and sequencing to build best‑in‑class procurement capabilities.
  • Lead a global, multi‑layered organization that includes leaders of leaders and procurement outsourcing partners, overseeing performance, capability building and execution consistency.
  • Oversee organizational design, resource strategy and performance management to scale the Office and meet evolving business needs.
  • Advance transformation initiatives that build world‑class third‑party management capabilities, improve resilience, and enhance quality, speed and innovation.
  • Engage senior leaders to align priorities, influence decisions and shape sourcing and procurement capabilities across the enterprise.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in procurement operations, sourcing or enterprise business operations within large, complex organizations.
  • Proven track record of leading large‑scale transformation, including system implementations, process redesign and capability development.
  • Deep knowledge of procure‑to‑pay, contract management, vendor management and third‑party risk management practices.
  • Experience defining and implementing procurement strategies, operating models and governance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, build alignment and drive adoption of new operating models.
  • Strong people‑leadership skills: leading leaders, building organizational capability and developing talent pipelines.
  • Experience with building high‑performing cross‑functional product teams, including product management and delivery.
  • Excellent executive communication and influence skills.
  • Demonstrated success in building long‑term organizational capability, including leadership development and succession planning.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary range: $210,393 – $357,668 per year (varies by location).
