Job description

We are seeking an accomplished Client Partner to lead a strategic Life Sciences / MedTech account, build executive relationships, and drive measurable business and transformation outcomes in a regulated industry.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially minded relationship builder who can translate client priorities into growth, delivery excellence, and long-term strategic value.
The ideal candidate brings strong executive presence, Life Sciences / MedTech domain understanding, and experience leading complex global engagements across run, transformation, and innovation portfolios.
Roles & Responsibilities
Serve as the executive relationship owner for a strategic Life Sciences / MedTech account, building trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders across business, operations, and technology.
Define and execute the account strategy, aligning client priorities with growth, transformation, and innovation opportunities across the portfolio.
Lead complex global engagements to ensure strong delivery performance, governance discipline, proactive risk management, and measurable business value.
Drive account growth and financial performance through strategic deal shaping, portfolio expansion, disciplined forecasting, and strong commercial management.
Bring industry and technology insight to client discussions, advising on priorities such as digital quality, connected products, supply chain resilience, AI/GenAI, automation, and enterprise modernization.
Orchestrate cross-functional teams across delivery, sales, consulting, solutions, and finance to create a unified account strategy and deliver sustained business impact.
Qualifications
Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MBA or equivalent
Required Qualifications
13+ years of experience in client partnership, account management, consulting, or business relationship management, including leadership of large strategic accounts.
Experience with Life Sciences, Healthcare, or MedTech clients and a strong understanding of industry priorities, regulated environments, and digital transformation.
Strong executive presence with a track record of leading complex global engagements and building trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders.
Strong understanding of digital technologies such as cloud, data and analytics, AI/GenAI, ERP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and automation.
Commercial and financial acumen, including account planning, revenue growth, contract management, forecasting, margin improvement, and P&L ownership. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in areas such as R&D, quality and regulatory, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial operations, or post-market service.
Experience leading transformation programs such as digital quality, connected products, intelligent supply chain, or platform modernization.
Advanced degree or equivalent leadership experience in engineering, life sciences, healthcare, or management.
Salary Range: 148800-201300 a year
