The Opportunity:

­­­­­­­­CAREER OPPORTUNITY OFFERING: Bonus Incentives Paid Certifications Tuition Reimbursement Comprehensive Benefits Career Advancement This position pays between $62,500.00 - $119,700.00/ based on experience The Manager, Billing Services, will support the Director, Revenue Cycle in the selection, direction and development of the billing department team members, and will report to the Director, Revenue Cycle. The Manager will be responsible for assisting team members with problematic bills and questions regarding billing processes and best practices. The Manager, Billing Services, will be responsible for direct oversight of a team of associates and supervisors with all decision-making regarding hiring, onboarding, training and performance management. Essential Job Functions: Reports on Key Performance Indicators for the department and will be held to the standards identified as benchmarks and best practices for each client Manage the daily workflow of the department, monitor progress to identify trending issues and develop training or processes to address these issues Hold huddles to efficiently cover new or evolving training focuses to encourage and develop team members Overseeing progress and monitoring of worked accounts for quality assurance and productivity measures Assists in strategic planning and performs ongoing process improvement evaluation Reviews, updates and implements policies and procedures to support the vision and goals This document is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job.
