POSITION OVERVIEW

The Associate Vice President of Digital Strategies provides strategic leadership for enrollmentFUEL's digital pillar and serves as the primary advisor on digital marketing strategy for client-partner campaigns. The role leads the development, execution, optimization, and measurement of digital marketing initiatives designed to achieve client-partner enrollment goals and deliver measurable results. The AVP also serves as Account Manager for assigned client-partners, with responsibility for the overall relationship, retention, and growth of those accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to client-partners on digital advertising initiatives, developing and overseeing multi-channel strategies designed to achieve measurable enrollment outcomes and strong ROI
  • Lead the analysis and optimization of digital campaigns, using performance data to improve targeting, media mix, creative strategy, and advertising investment
  • Lead enrollmentFUEL's Digital Marketing pillar, including managing team members, advancing digital methodologies and solutions, and serving as the organization's internal subject matter expert on digital strategy
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client-partner leaders and drive retention and growth by delivering strong results and identifying opportunities to expand digital and related enrollment services
  • Partner with Sales, Client Services, and Operations on discovery, solution design, proposals, and strategic initiatives
  • Represent enrollmentFUEL through conference presentations, professional engagement, and thought leadership within the higher education community
TRAVEL

Periodic travel may be required; 2-4x per year

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Associate Vice President of Digital Strategies supervises the Digital Marketing pillar (team), including digital, marketing automation, and SEO staff members.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Extensive experience developing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns; experience in higher education marketing preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing platforms, influencer marketing, search engine and AI optimization, advertising metrics, analytics, and a willingness to stay abreast of emerging industry trends
  • Adaptability regarding new and changing processes and product changes
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other digital marketing content creation tools
