Overview

We are seeking an Operations & Maintenance Technician to grow our Service Department. The O&M tech must be tech savvy and have knowledge of basic wiring and schematics required to run diagnostics and maintenance of the Solar Systems. We are looking for a dependable candidate who will be able to maintain a high level of business ethics, professionalism and excelled communication between their Momentum team, customers and upper management.

Responsibilities:

  • Installs and monitors performance of installed electrical equipment for hazards, adjustments, or replacement.
  • Assists in work needed on roofs.
  • Repairs, installs, replaces, and tests electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances using appropriate tools and testing instruments.
  • Repairs and maintains solar photovoltaic systems.
  • Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Able to use iOS and Android operating systems to submit documents and trouble shoot solar systems.
  • Solar / Enphase experience (Preferred)
  • Some Electric Experience Required 2 - 3 years of Solar experience.
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Able to work on roofs and in attics.
  • Valid Driver's License and Clean driving record Required.
  • Able to work alone or with a small team to complete tasks.
  • Willing to work weekends.
  • Have basic hand and power tools.
  • Knowledge on enphase toolkit.
