Job description

We are seeking an experienced Residential Solar Installer with battery backup expertise to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in highโ€quality workmanship, understands the importance of safety and code compliance, and can deliver a professional customer experience on every job.

You will be responsible for installing residential solar PV systems, energy storage systems (ESS), and related electrical components. If you have hands-on experience with systems like Tesla Powerwall, Enphase, SolarEdge, or similar battery platforms, youโ€™ll be a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install residential rooftop and groundโ€mount solar PV systems according to plans and electrical codes

  • Install, wire, and commission battery backup systems (ESS)

  • Complete main panel upgrades, subpanel work, conduit runs, and inverter installations

  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance checks

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

  • Follow all OSHA, NEC, and company safety standards

  • Document installation progress, photos, and completion reports

  • Support inspections, utility approvals, and PTO processes when needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of residential solar installation experience (required)
