About the role

Come join Enphase to be part of a mission-critical team shaping the future of energy for AI. You'll help bring next-generation technologies-from advanced batteries to solid-state transformers-to market and enable the clean, reliable power needed to scale the AI data centers of tomorrow.

What you will do

  • Responsible for all quality stage gate processes for the new product launch at Arlington TX site
  • Work closely with contract manufacturing (CM) partner to meet or beat daily quality goals on first pass yield/finish yield driving continuous improvement projects
  • Audit CM's QMS system to identify gaps as appropriate and implement action plan to close the findings
  • Manage supplier corrective action reporting for non-conformities and noncompliance of Enphase approved products/processes.
  • Share poke yoke/best practice implementation across other site for collaboration and cross factory process improvement opportunities.

Who You Are and What you bring

  • BS/MS in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/Industrial/Mechanical) along with 10+ years of technical manufacturing experience on SMA/SMT technologies with repair and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding and working experience on APQP, Minitab SPC, PPAP & ISO 9001/TS 16949 standards
  • Experience with battery manufacturing, battery assembly, or battery-related quality engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in engineering or related technical field.
  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and related electronics manufacturing standards.
  • Experience with battery quality standards and manufacturing requirements.
  • Experience with high-volume consumer electronics, automotive, energy storage, medical devices, or other complex electro-mechanical products.
  • Experience with JMP, Minitab, Python, SQL, Power BI, or similar data-analysis tools.
  • Experience implementing automated inspection, traceability, and manufacturing quality data systems.
  • Experience leading global manufacturing quality teams.
  • Proven leadership abilities to deep dive in detail and be hands on
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

  • Arlington TX (100% onsite)

Travel:

  • 10%

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $167,000 and may vary based on experience, skills, and location.

This position is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits, with final compensation determinedin accordance withapplicable laws and internal equity.
