About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Psychosocial Rehabilitation services to adult and adolescent clients to promote recovery and well-being.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  • Facilitate psychoeducation sessions and therapeutic activities to enhance coping skills.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.
