About the Role:

Join INTEGRITY HEALTHCARE SERVICES LLC as an RN Nurse in Milwaukee, WI, where you'll play a vital role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to our patients. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the healthcare community.

Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor patient health conditions and vital signs.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.

Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness.

Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.

Assist in the coordination of patient care and discharge planning.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings.

Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families.

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
