Job Summary:
Kymber Consulting Group has been providing solutions across healthcare, defense, and civilian sectors since 2017. They are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to support the Armed Services Blood Program, managing all technical aspects of contract deliverables and ensuring effective communication between the contractor team and the Government.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Organize, direct, manage, and review technical aspects of deliverables involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks.
โ€ข Maintain and facilitate lines of communication across the client interface, at the senior levels of the clientโ€™s organization, and with company partnerships.
โ€ข Meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
โ€ข Provide assistance to the organization in developing mission and vision statements and subsequent goal delineation.
โ€ข Work with assigned personnel to provide guidance for building operational plans and specifying measurable outcomes.
โ€ข Support capital outlay planning efforts and prioritize initiatives to meet strategic goals.
โ€ข Serve as the primary liaison between the Government and contractor team to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Minimum education: Bachelorโ€™s degree or higher in English, journalism, communication, or a related field. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience is required.
