What You'll Do
As a Cold Former Operator , you'll be part of our team located in Montpelier, IN. You'll get to:
- Operate multiple cold forming and parts forming machines
- Perform adjustments and replacement to maintain a quality part
- Perform catch pan quality checks
- Separating dies and inserts
- Move scrap and finished parts from machinery
- Operator forklift/PIV to move tubs and raw material as needed
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Who You Are

- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills to enter data and look up job information
- Background in mechanical work/field is a plus
- Ability to read measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers and related equipment
- Must be able to work overtime
- Responsible for supplying own tools/micrometers
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, push, pull and reach.
- Ability to lift and/or carry 5-25 pounds regularly and occasionally 25-65 pounds with assistance.
