About the role: The Technical Recruiter will play a key role in attracting and hiring the specialized talent needed to support magniX’s mission of bringing electric propulsion and battery technology to market. This role partners closely with hiring managers across engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, program management, and corporate teams to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate combines strong full-cycle recruiting capability with curiosity about aerospace, advanced manufacturing, and emerging technology roles.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, interview plans, and selection criteria.
  • Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, referrals, professional networks, events, and other targeted sourcing channels.
  • Screen candidates for technical qualifications, role alignment, compensation expectations, work authorization, and cultural contribution.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, support hiring decisions, and keep candidates and stakeholders informed throughout the process.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles in aerospace, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, test, software, supply chain, and related disciplines.
  • Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate ATS data, and provide recruiting updates, market insights, and process improvement recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, including experience recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, or highly specialized roles.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with hiring managers and managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including experience engaging passive candidates and building diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system, LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, and other recruiting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now ATS.
  • Experience recruiting in aerospace, defense, aviation, advanced manufacturing, hardware, electric propulsion, battery technology, or another regulated technical environment.
  • Familiarity with engineering disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, systems, software, test, manufacturing, quality, materials, or supply chain.
  • Experience improving recruiting processes, interview workflows, candidate communications, or talent acquisition reporting.

Location: Applicants must be willing and able to commute to magniX's location in Everett, Washington.
