Job description

Talon Hiring Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering projects from initiation through execution. This role partners closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions on time and within budget.

What You'll Do

  • Manage engineering projects from scope development through completion

  • Develop and control project scope, schedules, budgets, and execution plans

  • Track project costs and manage changes to scope of work

  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring expectations are met and value is delivered

  • Coordinate resources, oversee deliverables, and monitor project quality and progress

  • Ensure client policies, purchase orders, and invoicing requirements are met

  • Identify opportunities for additional or future project work

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering

  • Project management experience within engineering environments

  • Knowledge of front-end and detailed engineering processes

  • Proven ability to manage projects within budget and schedule

  • Strong client relationship and communication skills
