Your role
As a Project Engineer,your mission is to serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, ensuring projects are successfully executed from kickoff through commissioning by managing project scope, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional customer experience. You will report to the Systems Engineering Manager.
You will
  • Act as the key technical contact for customers, providing clear communication and support throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects.
  • Review customer specifications, define and manage the technical scope of supply, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Schedule engineering resources, track deliverables, manage scope changes, and provide regular project status updates to support on-time, high-quality project execution.

You have 3+ years of experience working in an engineering, project engineering, or customer-facing technical role.
  • A bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline such as Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent years of experience.
  • Must have experience working directly with customers and coordinating cross-functional teams to successfully execute technical projects.
  • Working knowledge of centrifugal compressors and turbomachinery specifications is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A demonstrated track record of achieving goals and delivering results in a customer-focused environment.
