About the role:
The Sr. PM is responsible for overseeing the management of all project managers and project engineers across multiple projects within the company. This role involves ensuring that all projects are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client expectations.

Job Type: Direct Hire

Pay: $180,000 - $225,000 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage all project managers and project engineers: execution of multiple projects by providing guidance, direction, and problem-solving expertise.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects: specifications, budget, scheduled timeframe.
• Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources effectively: manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost control and tracking of expenditures.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and the senior leadership team.
• Act as a point of escalation for project managers and project engineers to resolve conflicts, address concerns, and find solutions to any project-related issues.
• Track project progress against established milestones, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure that all projects are completed in compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and safety protocols.
• Identify potential risks across projects and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Provide leadership, training, and development opportunities to project managers and engineers: culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including progress reports, schedule updates, and budget forecasts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing project managers and engineers.

Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of managing large teams across multiple projects.
• Expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• In-depth understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and manage complex project issues effectively.
