Construction Project Manager

Remote | 50% Travel
$120,000-$160,000 per year

We are seeking an experiencedย Construction Project Managerย who thrives in high-velocity commercial construction environments. This role is ideal for a strong project leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, drive timelines aggressively, and confidently oversee field operations across various locations.

Requirements

What You'll Do
  • Lead projects from pre-construction through close-out
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite logistics
  • Manage multiple concurrent commercial projects in different phases
  • Review and interpret architectural, civil, structural, and MEP drawings
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, field teams, and subcontractors
  • Travel to active job sites approximatelyย 50% of the time
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Proven experience managing fast-paced projects with aggressive timelines
  • Background in commercial build-outs, tenant improvements, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or similar high-volume construction environments
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and subcontractor management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality
  • Experience with project management software (Procore preferred)
