About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will oversee planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and resource coordination while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and establish project priorities.
  • Develop detailed project plans and track progress against milestones.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, QA, Design, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and status updates.
  • Monitor project performance using KPIs and project management tools.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules.
