Project Manager – Water/Wastewater
Location- Fayetteville, AR & Little Rock, AR
About the Role
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning and design through execution and delivery. This role will oversee project teams, manage client relationships, and ensure successful project outcomes while mentoring engineering staff and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead water and wastewater engineering projects from concept through completion
* Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resources
* Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and technical staff
* Manage contracts, change orders, project risks, and financial performance
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
* Review technical deliverables to ensure quality and compliance
* Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications
