Job description

Position: Engineering Project Manager

Location: Brighton, MI

This is a full time, in office role

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage overall project timelines and coordinate tasks across EE, ME and other engineering teams.
  • Track project milestones and proactively manage schedule risks or delays.
  • Communicate technical requirements, schedules and deliverables with customers and internal teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, manufacturing and supply chain teams.
  • Support engineering teams in providing technical feedback and proposals to customers.
  • Maintain project documentation including schedules, cost tracking and development status.
  • Resolve project issues related to technical or operational challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 to 6 years of experience in engineering program or project management.
  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • Experience leading projects or coordinating engineering teams preferred.
  • Ability to manage project schedules and align EE, ME and manufacturing activities.
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin preferred.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with global teams.
