Position: Program/Systems Manager

The Program/Systems Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining efficient communication channels, overseeing task management systems, managing data infrastructure, and integrating organizational software to optimize workflows. This role ensures seamless collaboration across teams by implementing strategic processes and tools that enhance productivity and data accessibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communication Systems: Establish and manage dedicated communication channels for internal and external teams using platforms such SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and email systems
  • Task Management: Develop and oversee workflows, project tracking, and automated task assignments in platforms like Monday, Wrike, or Jira
  • Data System Management: Maintain data integrity, security, and accessibility within company databases, and file-sharing solutions
  • Software Integration: Identify, implement, and optimize software integrations to streamline operations across departments
  • Process Optimization: Analyze current systems and propose improvements for enhanced collaboration and efficiency
  • Training & Support: Provide guidance to employees on system usage and best practices
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, software vendors, and leadership to align technology solutions with business goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Program Management with a strong focus on Computer System Development
  • 3+ years experience in Management Information Systems integration, Web Based Tools, Program Management
  • Experience driving information systems solutions across business functions, ideally within and engineering environment
  • Strong proficiency in task management software, communication platforms, and data management tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of API integrations, automation workflows, and data security best practices
