Deep experience in organizational change management (OCM), process engineering, and transformation initiatives. Ideally, this experience should be within Credit Card or Payments domains, specifically focusing on Risk, Fraud, or Operations functions. Additionally, we are looking for candidates who hold Prosci certification along with their PMP.

Program Manager

· As a Program Manager, you will be the driving force behind a high-stakes modernisation program, leading a large, diverse onsite team to deliver complex, multi-phase initiatives.

· Your leadership will ensure that every milestone is met with precision, every challenge is turned into an opportunity, and every stakeholder sees measurable value from our transformation efforts.

· Manage and inspire a large onsite team (50+ members) across engineering, operations, and support functions.

· Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern platforms, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.

· Implement robust governance frameworks, risk management plans, and performance tracking mechanisms.

· Coordinate with cross-functional leaders, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

· Drive continuous improvement by introducing agile practices, automation tools, and data-driven decision-making.

· Resolve escalations swiftly while maintaining team morale and productivity.

· Bring program or project management experience, with at least 5 years in large-scale transformation or modernisation projects.
