Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain insights into clients' mental health concerns, tailoring individualized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.
• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based techniques, which may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused strategies.
• Collaborate with clients to outline therapeutic goals, actively working together to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Manage case documentation with precision, maintaining thorough notes that meet both ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in continuous education and professional development to further enhance your clinical skills and stay adaptive to emerging practices within the mental health field.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A current and valid professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory; additional consideration will be given to candidates with a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward individuals' diverse experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills are needed to effectively manage a caseload while maintaining high-quality care.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing direct mental health counseling services.
• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is an advantage and will be favorably considered.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and a willingness to adapt and learn new techniques as needed.
