Manage and lead project Gate Reviews from project kick off, development kick off, release of prototype tooling, build, release of prototype to customer, start of serial production, tooling release for production to assembly, and validation build to SOP. Manage team PDT (project development timing) meetings across competencies. Serve as resource management with cross competencies. Conduct financial management of program including ROI, Divop with at award metrics. Conduct financial management of product/process changes. Provide overall program timing management including design and product validation planning. Manage customer relationships including project timing, risk management, technical issue resolution, and change management.
