In the assigned Job Role of Engineering Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
โ€ข Run stakeholder workshops and interviews to capture critical system and technical specifications
โ€ข Contribute in design alternatives evaluation using advanced engineering tools, to achieve consensus on optimal approaches and create detailed design concepts for components and/ or systems.
โ€ข Leverage feedback from testing and user interactions, to develop and assess prototypes in ensure alignment with project goals
โ€ข Develop specialized solution specifications for engineering projects and run advanced testing to ensure solutions meet technical and performance requirements
โ€ข Execute prototyping efforts, applying expertise to model design concepts, and lead testing and feedback synthesis to refine prototypes
โ€ข Run integration projects, solving complex technical challenges and enhance system functionality, through usage of engineering tools and methodologies
โ€ข Optimize system performance through targeted tuning, improving efficiency and addressing reliability concerns
โ€ข Facilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions, ensuring thorough understanding of engineering outcomes across teams

Required Skill and Experience
CNC program development using UG NX, with program verification experience in Vericut.
In-depth knowledge of cutting tools, tool holders, boring bars, and inserts across various machining platforms.
understanding of engineering drawings, tolerancing standards, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
Capability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), implement corrective actions, and improve process capability (Cp/Cpk).
Preferred Skill and Experience
Develop CNC programs for structural components with a focus on accuracy and manufacturability
Support Manufacturing Project Engineers during the startup and commissioning of new machining assets.
Additional Required Qualifications
โ€ข Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
