Position Overview

The Engineering Assistant will support the engineering management team with project coordination, documentation, and administrative support. This role is essential in ensuring that engineering projects are executed efficiently, with accurate documentation, smooth communication, and timely milestone tracking. Candidates should bring 5–10 years of experience and hold an accredited bachelor’s degree (engineering preferred).


Key Responsibilities
  • Project Documentation & Reporting

    • Assist in creating, organizing, and maintaining engineering documents including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.

    • Ensure engineering-related documents are accurate, up to date, and readily accessible.

    • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and status updates.

  • Coordination & Communication

    • Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and contractors.

    • Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and project-related events.

    • Support internal and external coordination to ensure timely milestone completion.

  • Project & Financial Tracking
