Job Purpose:
- The Senior Engineering Manager at CONAX TECHNOLOGIES LLC will lead and drive the engineering team to achieve excellence in product development and innovation. This role is pivotal in strategizing and overseeing engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and development.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions with other business units.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering department, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
- Manage budget and resource allocation for engineering projects, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in all engineering activities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and engineering initiatives.

Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Required Experience:
