What You Will Do


We are seeking a Quality Engineer to drive the execution of quality goals and objectives. This role will involve collaborating cross-functionally to identify and resolve issues proactively, ensuring compliance with quality management systems and enhancing our overall quality delivery to customers.

  • Support cross-functional teams by analyzing non-conformance reports (NCRs) to determine root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Engage with teams across departments such as engineering, manufacturing, and production administration to streamline processes and remove obstacles, ensuring optimal customer-focused outcomes.
  • Track and analyze non-conformance trends, compiling data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and integrity by consistently meeting and exceeding internal and external customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and inspection records.
  • Collaborate with team members to promote trust and diverse perspectives, enabling innovative problem-solving and team success.
  • Participate in and facilitate internal audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
