Engineer-In-Training - Transportation

What you will do

  • Contribute to the design of various roadway projects, encompassing rural and urban highways, intricate interchanges, roundabouts, and intersection enhancements.
  • Utilize computer-aided software to draft engineering and design documents efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation and revision of technical reports, drawings, and project plans.
  • Fulfill additional project-related tasks as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university.
  • Possess 0-4 years of experience in roadway design; internships or co-op experiences may count towards this requirement.
  • Either hold an Engineer-in-Training certification or the ability to obtain it within six months of the start date.
  • Proficiency in Bentley MicroStation, Open Roads Designer, and the Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and meet project deadlines.
