  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues, resolving conflicts between customers, MROs, and internal stakeholders
  • Lead weekly WIP calls, presenting progress, challenging performance gaps, and driving actionable outcomes

Operational Execution & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive MRO performance by actively managing schedules, material flow, and execution risks across multiple shop visits
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing turnaround time, improving cost efficiency, and enhancing execution visibility
  • Provide recommendations to enhance systems, tools, and reporting capabilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial engine MRO, including expertise in at least one of the following platforms:
    • IAE V2500, CFMI CFM56-5B / 7B, Pratt & Whitney PW4000, GE CF6-80C2

Preferred Qualifications

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification
  • Advanced analytical capability with Microsoft Excel and data-driven reporting tools
