Maintenance Technician
  • Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour (Based on experience)

  • Location: Client Site - N Elm St, Greensboro, NC 27401
  • Schedule: Part-Time (approx. 30 hrs/week) | 7:30/8:00 AM - 2:00/2:30 PM | Mon-Fri (potential for FT in the future!)

What You'll Do As our Maintenance Technician, you will be the go-to person for keeping our client's facility running smoothly. You'll use your skills as a Facility Maintenance expert to handle minor plumbing (sinks/toilets), electrical (lights/ballasts), and HVAC tasks. Whether you are performing routine repairs or working as a Handyman to fix a door or patch a wall, your attention to detail ensures a safe and high-quality environment for everyone.
What You Bring To The Team
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a maintenance or Handyman role.
  • A "can-do" attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders safely.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certificates are a huge plus!
