Facilities Maintenance Technician
  • Pay: $23.00 per hour

What You'll Do
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will perform a wide variety of facility upkeep tasks to keep our client's building running perfectly. In this versatile role, our ideal maintenance tech or building maintenance tech teammate will handle:
  • Minor repairs and PM for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
  • Safely replacing lighting ballasts, lamps, switches, receptacles, and breakers.
  • Troubleshooting building issues like repairing structural damage to walls, windows, and doors.
  • Managing digital work orders and keeping precise material and labor records.
  • Maintaining the company vehicle and following all lock-out/tag-out safety guidelines.

What You Bring to the Team
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year working as a maintenance tech or equivalent.
  • Skills: Hands-on knowledge of electrical, carpentry, lighting, and HVAC systems.
  • Physical: Ability to safely climb ladders and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
