  • Proactively identify delivery risks, blockers, dependencies, & scope concerns while driving timely resolution, escalation, & transparent customer communication.

  • Facilitate customer & internal meetings, including kickoff, status reviews, planning sessions, prioritization discussions, discovery conversations, & project closeouts.

  • Facilitate discovery & business process conversations to understand customer goals, challenges, use cases, & opportunity areas, & translate customer needs into clear internal asks for delivery teams.

  • Help customers clarify priorities, define project objectives, & connect delivery work to business value while partnering with technical & consulting resources to ensure recommendations are realistic & actionable.

  • Support renewal, expansion, & follow-on opportunities by identifying customer needs, recurring challenges, & future-state opportunities within active engagements.

At 90 Days and Beyond: Driving Impact

  • Consistently deliver projects & engagements on time, within agreed scope & budget, & aligned to customer expectations, quality standards, & intended business value.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor & primary point of contact across multiple customer engagements, creating a clear & consistent customer experience.
