Ovation Communities provides a full continuum of care through the Ovation Jewish Home and Care Center for skilled nursing and rehabilitation, Ovation Chai Point for independent and assisted living, Adult Day Services for outreach services, and Kavod Terrace for memory care. Ovation Communities is committed to enriching the lives of both Jewish and broader community members through high quality care, services, and programs. As a vital funding and fundraising partner for Ovation, the Foundation helps ensure that Ovation can provide a safe, secure, and welcoming destination for its residents and families.

In this role the Donor Engagement Managerplays a key role in advancing the mission of Jewish Home and Care Center Foundation by creating meaningful, engaging, and seamless experiences for donors and supporters. Reporting to the Foundation President, this position is responsible for planning and executing events, managing donor communications, and supporting fundraising campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, nonprofit management, marketing or related field
  • At least three (3) years of experience fundraising, event planning, and donor relations
  • Be adapt at grant writing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent IT skills and experience with CRM systems. Experience with Raiser's Edge is desirable
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
