Engagement Lead
Kaizen Analytix LLC, an analytics consulting services and product firm that gives clients unmatched speed to value through analytics solutions and actionable business insights, is seeking candidates for a talented Engagement Lead to join our team.
As an Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for leading the Kaizen project team and being the primary project contact with the client. This is a "hands-on" role responsible for project leadership, project delivery, client relationship management and project P/L.

  • Collaborating with clients to understand business challenges and design effective analytics solutions.
  • Leading the development of proposals and statements of work (SOW), including defining objectives, scope, deliverables, pricing, roles, and risk mitigation.
  • Managing cross-functional delivery teams-including internal, client, third-party, and offshore resources-across multiple workstreams from planning to execution.
  • Ensuring clear, actionable requirements that align with business needs and can be implemented and tested effectively.
  • Overseeing project deliverables, proactively identifying issues, and driving timely resolutions to minimize client impact.
  • Applying strategic thinking and business insight to solution design, decision-making, and problem-solving.
  • Ensuring adherence to technical best practices in collaboration with technical leadership.
  • Facilitating effective communication across technical, functional, and client stakeholders.
  • Identifying and managing project risks, including mitigation planning.
  • Leading client meetings, status updates, and steering committees; mentoring project teams and guiding client engagement.
  • Strengthening client relationships through thought leadership, solution delivery, and business understanding.
  • Identifying opportunities for follow-on work that contributes to revenue growth.
  • Participating in internal project reviews and ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
  • Reviewing / Approving project time in alignment with project financials.

Job Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Econometrics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Data Science or other Applied Mathematical Discipline; MBA is a plus
    Experience:
  • At least 6 years of experience in Project Management for projects with a technical focus and/or analytical modeling components;
  • At least 4 years of consulting experience required
  • Managing projects using SDLC, PMI, and Agile methodologies

  • Possesses strong analytical/ logical thinking skills
