From welcoming new hires during orientation to planning team events, tracking performance reviews, and keeping our HR data accurate, you will be the driving force behind a positive workplace. Your Daily Impact
  • Culture & Engagement: Coordinate team-building events, wellness initiatives, and employee recognition programs. Design engaging newsletters and presentations to keep the team connected.

  • Talent Development: Lead New Hire Orientation sessions, coordinate company-wide training logistics, and track performance review deadlines.

  • HR & Talent Operations: Maintain HRIS system data integrity, run reports, assist with compliance audits, and answer routine employee inquiries.

What You Bring
