JOIN OUR ENERGETIC SALES TEAM!

Who We Are: On Site Marketing, Inc.

  • A dynamic sales and marketing agency, established in 1996.
  • Expertise in B2B and B2C field sales programs.
  • From the Super Bowl to your local 5K, we have been there and done that.
  • Nationwide reach with offices and operations in multiple cities across the US.
  • A rich history in developing sales teams across various verticals.

We Are Looking For:

  • High-energy individuals with a zest for sales.
  • Optimistic personalities who see opportunity everywhere.
  • Money-motivated go-getters who are driven by results.
  • Closers and natural conversationalists — this is a sales role, not customer service.

The Role: NRG Energy Sales Agent

  • Location: O'Hare International Airport
  • Sell and enroll customers on behalf of NRG Energy and their electricity and gas supply services.
  • Engage customers at kiosks inside O'Hare and Midway International Airports, offering an airline miles reward program for enrolling with NRG Energy for their electricity supply.
  • The foot traffic comes to you — you'll talk to more prospects in one airport shift than most field reps see in a week. No prospecting, no lead lists, no knocking on doors.
  • Opportunity to participate in many local large and small events in and around the greater Chicagoland area.
  • NOT a door-to-door, cold calling, or Multi-level Marketing operation.

How the Pay Works (no surprises):

  • $10/hr base plus uncapped commission on every enrollment.
  • Guaranteed minimum of $16.20/hr — if your commissions ever fall short, we make up the difference. You will never earn less than that, including while you're learning.
  • Most reps average $35+/hr. Our top performers earned $90/hr last year.
  • Paid weekly.

Perks & Benefits:

  • Work in dynamic environments (say goodbye to the boring desk job).
  • Flexible schedules with early morning, day, evening, and weekend shifts.
  • Autonomy in your role, working 24–36 hours per week.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits available.
  • 401(k) with company matching.
  • Paid sick time.
  • Paid Time Off.
  • Weekly pay.
  • Growth opportunities to be a Mentor, Sales Lead, or promote to a Management role.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills
  • Previous sales experience preferred, particularly in B2C environments — but not required. Our structured mentorship program has turned servers, bartenders, and retail associates into top earners.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers
  • Experience in using technology for sales purposes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Clear background checks and drug screening (Marijuana excluded)

Remember: This is a SALES position. If you are looking for an hourly wage job or are shy around people, we might not be the right fit. But if you are passionate about sales, like to work autonomously, and looking for a rewarding career, we'd love to hear from you!

On Site Marketing, Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
