Quality Analyst for App packaging (Intune | ADO | macOS)
We are looking for a meticulous QA/Test Engineer to support BFSI Infrastructure Services, focusing on endpoint management, device compliance, and enterprise application validation across Microsoft Intune, Azure DevOps (ADO), and macOS environments. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to operate within regulated banking and financial services environments, ensuring compliance, security, and stability of infrastructure platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Review infrastructure and endpoint management requirements (e.g., device compliance, security baselines, patching policies) and align testing strategies accordingly
• Design and execute test cases for Intune policies, device configurations, application deployments, and macOS device management
• Validate endpoint security controls (encryption, compliance policies, conditional access) in line with BFSI regulatory expectations
• Analyze requirements and dynamically adjust testing scope and priorities based on risk and business criticality
• Capture detailed test execution evidence to support audit and compliance requirements
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear root cause analysis and troubleshooting documentation
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to validate integrations and resolve issues
• Provide clear, structured reporting of test results, risks, and readiness for production rollout
• Support release validation, change management testing, and environment readiness checks
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, governance standards, and audit controls
Technical Skills
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM, compliance policies, device configuration)
• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for test planning, execution, and defect tracking
• Proven experience working with macOS (Mac) environments in enterprise setups
• Exposure to endpoint management, enterprise device lifecycle management, and infrastructure testing
BFSI & Infrastructure Knowledge
• Understanding of BFSI regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., data protection, audit readiness, endpoint security controls)
