Role Overview
An opportunity is available for an Endpoint Management Administrator to support a global automotive organization in enhancing its enterprise endpoint management capabilities. This role emphasizes the advancement of automation, AI-driven efficiencies, security, and modern device management practices.
The position is responsible for the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of enterprise endpoint systems within a Windows-based environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that devices remain secure, compliant, and optimized, leveraging industry-standard tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Microsoft Intune, and other cloud-based technologies.
This role also places a strong focus on driving operational excellence through automation and the adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall endpoint performance.
Key Responsibilities
Endpoint Management
  • Administer and maintain SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune environments
  • Manage AD groups, device collections, compliance baselines, and policies
  • Support co-management between SCCM and Intune

Software Deployment
  • Package, test, and deploy applications via SCCM and/or Intune
  • Manage full application lifecycle (deploy, update, retire)
  • Troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize delivery methods

Patch Management
  • Oversee monthly patch cycles using SCCM, WSUS, and/or Intune
  • Ensure timely deployment of security updates and critical patches
  • Monitor patch compliance and generate reporting

Operating System Deployment (OSD)
  • Build and maintain imaging solutions, task sequences, and/or Autopilot configurations
  • Manage gold images and driver packages
  • Support device provisioning and hardware refresh initiatives

Endpoint Security & Compliance
  • Enforce security baselines, compliance policies, and endpoint protection
  • Support vulnerability remediation and audit requirements

Automation & Scripting
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks
  • Improve efficiency across deployments, patching, and reporting workflows

Monitoring & Troubleshooting
  • Monitor endpoint health, deployment status, and compliance metrics
  • Provide Tier 3 support for complex endpoint-related issues

Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain technical documentation for systems and processes
  • Generate reports on patching, deployments, inventory, and compliance

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise
  • Microsoft SCCM / MECM
  • Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager)
  • Windows OS administration (Windows 10/11)
