Job description

Role: Endpoint Support Engineer
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Day 1 Onsite)
Job Type: Fulltime/Permanent
Looking for an experienced Endpoint Support Engineer to manage and secure enterprise endpoints across Windows/macOS devices in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager enrolment, compliance policies, Autopilot, app deployment
    Provide L1/L2 endpoint troubleshooting and support
    Manage device security compliance (encryption, EDR/antivirus, patching)
    Handle asset lifecycle management and Inventory update
    Manage tickets via ITSM (ManageEngine) within SLA
    Build reporting for compliance, aging, and asset tracking
    Required Skills:
    5 6 years in endpoint/desktop support or device management
    Strong hands-on experience with Intune, Autopilot, Azure AD (Entra ID)
    Windows OS administration and imaging expertise
    PowerShell scripting skills
    Experience with EDR/antivirus tools
    Strong Excel reporting skills
    Good communication skills for global team collaboration
