Are you passionate about designing, deploying, and optimizing modern Windows endpoint environments? Do you have deep experience with Windows 11, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager (ConfigMgr), application deployment, and automation?

We are looking for a knowledgeable and consultative Senior Endpoint Management Consultant for our Calgary branch to provide endpoint management and Modern Workplace solutions for our clients! In this role, you will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, automation, and ongoing support of enterprise endpoint management solutions. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver secure, scalable, and well-managed Windows environments.

A Day in the Life:
  • Configure, deploy, and support Windows 11 endpoint environments

  • Design and implement endpoint hardening, security baselines, and device optimization strategies

  • Administer Microsoft Intune, including device configuration, application deployment, Windows Autopilot, and Windows Autopatch

  • Manage Microsoft Configuration Manager (ConfigMgr/MECM) environments, including application packaging, software deployment, operating system deployment, and task sequence development

  • Create, maintain, and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts to automate endpoint management processes

  • Develop and deploy applications using PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT)

  • Administer Patch My PC for third-party application deployment and patch management across ConfigMgr and Intune environments

  • Troubleshoot complex endpoint, application deployment, operating system, and device management issues

  • Support endpoint lifecycle management, including provisioning, deployment, maintenance, updates, and retirement

  • Collaborate with project teams and clients to implement endpoint management solutions and improvements

  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for endpoint management, automation, and security

What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise endpoint environments

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Intune:

    • Application Deployment

    • Device Configuration

    • Windows Autopilot

    • Windows Autopatch

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (ConfigMgr/MECM)

    • Application Deployment

    • Task Sequences

    • Operating System Deployment (OSD)

  • Experience with Windows 11 deployment, configuration, optimization, and device hardening

  • Advanced PowerShell scripting skills

  • Experience with PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT)

  • Experience administering Patch My PC for application and update management

  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
