The Endpoint Analyst - Mobility is responsible for the administration, configuration, and lifecycle management of corporate mobile devices, services, and carrier relationships. This role oversees mobile device deployments and upgrades, application licensing, and Intune management, while supporting endpoint operations, technical support, and continuous service improvement.

DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of corporate mobile devices and services, including procurement, deployment, upgrades, inventory, carrier management, and user support
  • Administer enterprise mobility platforms and applications, including Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager, ensuring device security, compliance, and application management
  • Coordinate mobile contracts, renewals, device refresh programs, and service improvements while optimizing costs and user experience
  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for mobile and endpoint technologies, leveraging tools such as Intune, Autopilot, and Tanium to manage devices and security
  • Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable mobility solutions, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement of endpoint services

 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience, with 2-4 years of enterprise mobility and endpoint support experience
  • Hands-on experience managing iOS and Android devices, mobile carriers, device procurement, service plans, billing, application licensing, and device rollouts
  • Strong expertise with Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager, including device enrollment, configuration, security, compliance, and lifecycle management
  • Experience supporting endpoint technologies such as Windows, Autopilot, Tanium, Microsoft Defender, and PowerShell is an asset
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams, optimize services and costs, and maintain accurate documentation and support processes
