Job Summary:
RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Cloud-based Endpoint Management Engineer to join their Tier 2/3 organization supporting the End Point Engineering and Operations team. This role involves providing technical support for endpoint device ecosystems, troubleshooting mobile device management issues, and collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
Responsibilities:
• Provide tier 2/3 technical support for endpoint device ecosystem
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile device management issues
• Develop and deploy configuration profiles, security policies, and app management solutions for iPhones and iPads via Microsoft Intune
• Develop and deploy configuration profiles, security policies, and app management solutions for Mac computers via Intune or Jamf
• Support business enablement applications including Microsoft 365 suite
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to resolve technical challenges
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Participate in mobile technology projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
Required:
• 7+ years overall IT experience
• 5+ years providing desktop support using service management platforms (ServiceNow or similar)
• 3+ years deploying, configuring and supporting iOS/iPadOS in enterprise environments
• 3+ years administering MDM/MAM solutions (Intune, Jamf, or similar)
• 5+ years supporting business applications such as Microsoft 365 products
• Strong network and VPN diagnostics and troubleshooting capabilities
• Proficient in at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or Swift)
• Experience with PKI concepts and certificate integrations
• Familiarity with SDK integration into mobile applications
• Experience managing headless Linux servers and terminal navigation
• Experience using foundational tools in DevSecOps and IT operations landscapes (Splunk, GitLab)
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to document technical issues concisely and clearly
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science or related field
• Relevant certifications (A+, MCDST, MTA, MOS, or similar)
Preferred:
• Experience with Power BI
• Mobile application development experience
