Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, develop requirements, and produce clear, actionable documentation
  • Break down epics and concepts into refined, high-quality user stories for both Traditional and Agile teams
  • Conduct functional and non-functional requirements gathering, gap analysis, and validation
  • Support product intake activities, including scoping, impact assessments, and feasibility discussions
  • Collaborate across multiple portfolios to align business and technical stakeholders on priorities
  • Evaluate system integrations, data flows, and application behavior to support solution design
  • Work closely with developers, architects, product owners, and testing partners to ensure requirements clarity
  • Provide analytical insights, troubleshoot ambiguous problem areas, and support solution recommendations

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • At least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across matrixed teams
  • Experience translating complex business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
  • Ability to create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery teams
  • Solid understanding of system integration concepts, data flows, and technical workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfort operating across multiple portfolios, programs, and stakeholder groups

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Background supporting product intake, scoping, or early-stage discovery
  • Experience working in hybrid enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with architecture review processes or technical feasibility analysis

Education & Certifications You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, CSM, PSPO, or similar are a plus but not required
